What is the minimum opening order requirement?
New wholesale accounts require a minimum opening order of $2,000. Subsequent reorders have a lower minimum of $500 to maintain active status.
What are your standard shipping lead times?
In-stock items typically ship within 48 to 72 hours from our distribution center. Custom rugs or out-of-stock items will have specific lead times noted on the product page.
Do you offer drop shipping services for interior designers?
Yes, we offer white-label drop shipping services for approved trade and wholesale partners. Additional handling fees may apply based on the item dimensions.
What is the return policy for wholesale orders?
Returns are accepted for defective or damaged merchandise only and must be reported within 10 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for unsold seasonal inventory.
