Annie Selke Wholesale is committed to your business success, offering a streamlined return process for unused and unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom rugs, cut yardage, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Request

  Log in to your wholesale portal account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal RMA request.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Our support team will review your request within 48 business hours and, once approved, will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original shipping container, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it back to our distribution center using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, a credit will be issued to your wholesale account or original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees or original shipping charges.
